the resort has a gym with good equipment like a kanoe and a paddle board. the housekeeping staff provided attentive service. the restaurant quality was high with excellent staff. the environmental focus of the resort is a notable priority

serene beach experience

restaurant dishes customer service comfy beds clean villas
The restaurant included a variety of dishes and substitutions were possible. the beds were comfortable and our villas stayed clean . the customer service exceeded my expectations. The staff accommodated all our requests. there were many dish choices on the restaurant menu, including american, italian, and filipino items.
I found the mosquito repellents a bit expensive. They charged 650 php for a small bottle. this was surprising given the location near the beach, where mosquitos and sand flies are common. i think they should be complimentary in the room

Our beach front beautiful a room offered a great view. It was spacious and well-kept. the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night. the bathroom included essential toiletries and fresh towels daily, which i appreciated.

The hotel is very close to the underground river. i walked only ten minutes to the wharf. It was from where all the tours begin. the zipline was also nearby. It was just a twenty-minute walk away.

Our beachfront superior room was steps away from the beautiful beach. the spaciousness was very pleasant. we could hear the waves from our room at night. The experience was very calming. the staff promptly arranged taxis for transportation.
I was disappointed that basic hygiene items like toothbrushes weren't provided. I had to request them. the absence of complimentary water bottles was also unusual. i also felt that the mosquito repellents were overpriced.
